A Ripple that Changes the World
We merge Deep-Tech innovation with sustainability to address global challenges in food, water, energy, health, wellness, and beyond.

HTown SOUND Urban Agriculture- Buffalo Bayou Trails
Transforming Houston’s Bayou Trails into regenerative urban farms and gardens, this initiative tackles food deserts, strengthens community ties, and showcases the city’s innovation in urban agriculture.
Working with the Houston Innovation Corridor, Buffalo Bayou Partnership, and academic partners like the University of Houston Downtown, Blackwood, and Danforth, HTown SOUND combines DeepTech hubs, AgroTech/WaterTech makerspaces, and creative spaces.
It culminates in the HTown SOUND at the Bayou Music & Arts Festival, a platform for innovation and culture, designed as a model for global urban agriculture.
Goal Park
A seven-block project transforming Houston’s Columbia Tap Trail into a vibrant urban linear park. Blending community development with academic innovation, it celebrates EaDo’s cultural identity while promoting wellness through new amenities.
As part of the Building Ecologies project led by Dr. Juan Jose Castelon (Rice University School of Architecture), students help design innovative urban infrastructure and collective spaces that integrate architecture, technology, and ecology.
Exploring University Partnerships
Collaborating with leading institutions, including Rice University, UMSL, University of Houston, Texas A&M AgriLife, Prairie View A&M, Purdue, and others, to turn research into real-world solutions.
From shaping a vibrant urban park in Houston’s EaDo with Rice University to advancing the Women’s Empowerment Campus with UMSL and driving urban agriculture at University of Houston Downtown, these partnerships create living blueprints for resilient, educational ecosystems.
The MinneTex Nature Ecological Educational Factory
Transforming 30 acres in Southwest Houston into a living laboratory, this initiative connects K–12 students and university researchers to reimagine education.
Through AgTech, agroforestry, and environmental science, it turns learning into action, preparing a new generation to address food and water challenges in their own communities.
The Women’s Empowerment Campus
A 150-acre vision in Houston’s East End designed as a self-sufficient, multi-generational hub for community wealth and innovation. More than a development, it’s a “Lab and City Sandbox” shaping a livable, walkable, and resilient urban future.
With Montessori schools, STE(A)M centers, a women’s athletic campus, and a Deep Tech R&D hub, it nurtures talent, fosters opportunity, and empowers local entrepreneurs. Through Creative Trusts and sustainable utilities, it builds long-term value where assets serve the community for generations.
Bringing these Holistic, Smart Communities into Nigeria and elsewhere
In partnership with BOH Ecosystems, African Rebirth International, and key allies, we are advancing major smart city initiatives in Nigeria.
In Abia State, a PPP Agreement sets the stage for a 10,000-hectare smart city, with 1,000 hectares in its first phase, while Enugu State prepares a Smart Residential Estate.
These projects aim to build thriving, future-ready communities and explore DeepTech innovations, from EcoParks to electrification and Power-to-X solutions.
